Yoga with Erika McCurry
Tuesday: Gentle Yoga
All level participants will be led through a slower-paced practice, designed to lengthen and strengthen. We will flow through various yoga poses to help you reach your center. It is suggested that you bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a strap (or hand towel, scarf). There is a limited quantity of materials for your use should you prefer to use them.
Thursday: Vinyasa yoga
Learn to move your body and breath as you transition from pose to pose. This progressive class will allow you to create heat through sun salutations which promotes a healthy cardio lifestyle. We will also move through a series of poses each week that will increasing flexibility, strengthen and improve balance. All fitness levels are welcome. A yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and yoga strap are recommended.
Register for one of the two classes at $50/6 weeks or register for both classes at a discounted rate of $85/6 weeks.
