FITNESS WITH LYNNE UZEL
- Pilates Core & Cardio Fitness -
One hour class will focus on lengthening and strengthening your muscles, including abs, upper & lower body, as well as working on your balance. It will also include a 20 minute cardio segment to improve your heart muscle and burn those unwanted calories.
Cost: $40 (4 weeks)
Please bring a mat &/or towel and a filled water bottle.
Register for one of the two classes at $40/4 sessions or register for both classes at a discounted rate of $70/8 sessions.
