Come join me on Tuesday's and Thursday’s from 4 P.M. to 5 P.M. for Friendship, Fun and Fitness!
You can dance and move to your favorite country and pop songs while performing choreographed, aerobic, line dances that incorporates dance moves ranging from tap, ballroom, jazz and hip hop, to name a few.
This class will not only tone and strengthen your muscles and increase your stamina while dancing to choreographed line dances, but it will allow you to relieve stress and enjoy exercising in a friendly environment.
