A $25 deposit per child is required at checkout.
Some weeks at AES (3rd Grade - Rising 6th) are now full. We encourage you to register for any weeks that are still available. For the weeks that are full, please add your name to the waitlist for those specific weeks. If spots open up, we will contact families in the order they joined the waitlist.

General Information:
Summer Sneakers will run from June 1st through July 31st.
The program operates Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, and is open to rising Kindergarten through rising 6th graders.
Lunch will be provided daily unless your child brings a packed lunch from home. Each camper should bring two snacks each day. Snacks will also be available for purchase.
Cost:
- Full-time (5 days/week): $125 per child
- Part-time (3 days/week): $95 per child
- A 7% sibling discount is applied for each additional child
Payments are to be made the Friday prior to the week of attendance.
Here is how you can submit payment:
-Pay online through your Parks and Recreation account used during registration.
-Payments may be made at the program by cash or check and submitted directly to a program supervisor.
-Checks may be mailed or dropped off at our Parks and Recreation office (180 Horse Landing Road - King William, VA 23086)
*If your child will be absent due to vacation, please notify our office in advance via written email (parksandrec@kwc.gov) so we can adjust your account balance. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made without prior written notice.
Program Locations:
Summer Sneakers will be held at two separate locations, based on campers’ grade level for the 2026-2027 school year:
- Rising Kindergarten–2nd Grade: Cool Spring Primary School (CSPS)
- 7301 Acquinton Church Rd - King William, VA 23086
- 3rd Grade–Rising 6th Grade: Acquinton Elementary School (AES)

*Please make sure your child's grade level is selected and entered correctly. If a grade level is not included, the system will display an "incorrect grade" message.
Registration:
Register online by using or creating an account, visit our office and staff can assist you with registration, or call us and we can complete the registration process over the phone.
Each location is capped at 75 campers per week.
Registering for Week 1 does NOT enroll your child for the entire summer. You must register for each individual week that your child plans to attend to secure your child's spot.
