BURN & FIRM
Mondays | 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM
Ages: 16-70
A fast-paced, full-body barbell workout using light weights and high repetitions to strengthen muscles, tone your body, build core strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness.
Required: A one-time 30-minute introductory session must be scheduled with a trainer before your first class.
BARBELL & BALANCE
Wednesdays | 10:00 AM
Ages: 16-70
A low-impact functional fitness class using padded barbells, resistance bands, and step platforms to improve strength, balance, mobility, and everyday movement through simple, controlled exercises.
MUSCLE CONFUSION
Wednesdays | 6:00 PM
Ages: 16-65
A high-energy interval workout that combines functional strength training, cardio, and anaerobic conditioning. Every class is different, keeping your workouts fresh, challenging, and effective while improving endurance and total-body strength.
WEEKEND WARRIOR (Intermediate-Advanced)
Saturdays | 8:00 AM
Ages: 18-65
Designed for experienced exercisers, this challenging class combines intense cardio intervals with strength training to increase endurance, boost metabolism, and build total-body strength.
Required: Trainer approval is required before joining.
MINDFUL PRACTICES
Saturdays | 9:30 AM
Mondays | 10:00 AM
Ages: 35-75
A gentle mind-and-body fitness class designed for those seeking a supportive approach to exercise. Ideal for improving functional strength, mobility, joint health, balance, brain stimulation, and social connection while accommodating physical limitations and rehabilitation needs.
