Yoga Classes - Mobility-Friendly Yoga Yoga with Erika McCurryTuesday: Gentle Yoga Relax, rejuvenate and restore your mind and body with a more gentle approach to stretching your body. This slow-paced, low to the floor stretch is a great way to give attention to the tight and stressed parts of your body. The low intensity of this class will allow you to relax and take care of yourself in a calm and inviting environment. Thursday: Vinyasa yogaLearn to move your body and breath as you transition from pose to pose. This progressive class will allow you to create heat through sun salutations which promotes a healthy cardio lifestyle. We will also move through a series of poses each week that will increasing flexibility, strengthen and improve balance. All fitness levels are welcome. After School Rec 2022-2023 - After School Rec ABOUTAfter-School Rec is a recreational program that strives to reinforce healthy behavior skills, positive attitudes, and study skills learned in school. In addition to homework assistance, the group will engage in reading time and a variety of recreational activities including arts & crafts, sports & games, field trips, special visitors and more. The After School Rec program will be held at Acquinton Elementary School (Cafeteria & Gym). A staff member will walk all children attending Cool Spring Primary School over to Acquinton for the program. The program runs from 3:00-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pricing and SuppliesThe cost of the program is $50 a week for Full-time and $35 a week for Part-time (3 days a week).Please Note: The weekly fee is already pro-rated for weeks when the program is closed for more than one day that week. (example: Thanksgiving break). Fees will be adjusted if closed for other circumstances such as inclement weather. Sibling Discounts: There will be a 7% Discount to any family that has more than 1 child enrolled in the program! Payments are to be made the Friday prior to the week of attendance or can be paid for on a monthly basis prior to the start of the month. Kids should pack a snack daily for snack time.If school is closed...The program will be held on early dismissal/staff development days (see calendar for detailed schedule). However, the program will not be held when schools are closed due to inclement weather. In addition to homework assistance, the group will engage in reading time and a variety of recreational activities including arts & crafts, sports & games, field trips, special visitors and more. The After School Rec program will be held at Acquinton Elementary School (Cafeteria & Gym). A staff member will walk all children attending Cool Spring Primary School over to Acquinton for the program. The program runs from 3:00-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pricing and SuppliesThe cost of the program is $50 a week for Full-time and $35 a week for Part-time (3 days a week).Please Note: The weekly fee is already pro-rated for weeks when the program is closed for more than one day that week. (example: Thanksgiving break). Fees will be adjusted if closed for other circumstances such as inclement weather. Sibling Discounts: There will be a 7% Discount to any family that has more than 1 child enrolled in the program! In addition to homework assistance, the group will engage in reading time and a variety of recreational activities including arts & crafts, sports & games, field trips, special visitors and more. The After School Rec program will be held at Acquinton Elementary School (Cafeteria & Gym). A staff member will walk all children attending Cool Spring Primary School over to Acquinton for the program. The program runs from 3:00-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pricing and SuppliesThe cost of the program is $50 a week for Full-time and $35 a week for Part-time (3 days a week).Please Note: The weekly fee is already pro-rated for weeks when the program is closed for more than one day that week. (example: Thanksgiving break). Fees will be adjusted if closed for other circumstances such as inclement weather. Sibling Discounts: There will be a 7% Discount to any family that has more than 1 child enrolled in the program! Payments are to be made the Friday prior to the week of attendance or can be paid for on a monthly basis prior to the start of the month. BURN & FIRM is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to tone every muscle group, 100% CORE FOCUS, and Cardiovascular. Our certified trainers teach systematic moves to help you achieve your goals in the safest and most effective manner possible.
This workout is 55-minutes of resistance training using a barbell with very light weights and very high reps. During the workout, you go through five or six specific exercises using choreographed combinations.
~ A 30-minute introductory is required prior to beginning this workout. Must be prescheduled with trainer.

After School Rec 2022-2023 - After School Rec ABOUTAfter-School Rec is a recreational program that strives to reinforce healthy behavior skills, positive attitudes, and study skills learned in school. In addition to homework assistance, the group will engage in reading time and a variety of recreational activities including arts & crafts, sports & games, field trips, special visitors and more. The After School Rec program will be held at Acquinton Elementary School (Cafeteria & Gym). A staff member will walk all children attending Cool Spring Primary School over to Acquinton for the program. The program runs from 3:00-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Pricing and SuppliesThe cost of the program is $50 a week for Full-time and $35 a week for Part-time (3 days a week).Please Note: The weekly fee is already pro-rated for weeks when the program is closed for more than one day that week. (example: Thanksgiving break). Fees will be adjusted if closed for other circumstances such as inclement weather. Sibling Discounts: There will be a 7% Discount to any family that has more than 1 child enrolled in the program! Payments are to be made the Friday prior to the week of attendance or can be paid for on a monthly basis prior to the start of the month. Kids should pack a snack daily for snack time.If school is closed...The program will be held on early dismissal/staff development days (see calendar for detailed schedule). However, the program will not be held when schools are closed due to inclement weather. If school is dismissed early due to inclement weather, the After School REC program will resume at dismissal and parents will have one hour from the time of dismissal to pick up their child.How to RegisterRegister online, visit our office, or call before coming to the program!
