Yoga with Erika McCurryTuesday: Gentle Yoga Relax, rejuvenate and restore your mind and body with a more gentle approach to stretching your body.  This slow-paced, low to the floor stretch is a great way to give attention to the tight and stressed parts of your body.  The low intensity of this class will allow you to relax and take care of yourself in a calm and inviting environment. Thursday: Vinyasa yogaLearn to move your body and breath as you transition from pose to pose.  This progressive class will allow you to create heat through sun salutations which promotes a healthy cardio lifestyle.  We will also move through a series of poses each week that will increasing flexibility, strengthen and improve balance.  All fitness levels are welcome.
